It was really strange being back at work today.
I went in early to catch up with my paperwork to find it had all been done. I was stunned.
Although, several staff seemed to be missing. 1 quit, 2 changed their hours to just 1 day a week and 1 off with a back injury. Makes me wonder what happened whilst I was away.
It’s started, and i’m really really bored  And have you seen the prices for the carpark here? Ouch is all i can say. |
Just making sure I have the last few things and then I am off.
I always forget something….
After testing out my sewing with a good stuffing (those going to the moot will know what I am talking about), it is time to give my suitcase a good stuffing….
Now…..what do I need……
I have just spent a lot of time sewing. I had the music on, so it really wasn’t as bad as I have been telling people. If I had a few days free time, I sure it would have been very relaxing. But most of it is done now.
A friend has a sewing machine that I just found out about and I will use that tomorrow to make the finishing touches.
I really should pack for the moot now, but I’m hungry so food wins
Car is full of petrol. I’m almost ready.
It’s odd, but I get time off, and I don’t seem to catch up on any sleep.
I stay up longer and I don’t seem to sleep in much.
I remember when I was young, I could sleep in till 4pm. Now, I struggle to stay in bed past 11.
The moot is coming very close.
Briar had very bad storms in her area and she is without electricity for a while. Her whole city is. I double checked with the airport for her and her flight is going ahead as planned.
I’ll have to make sure I sleep some tomorrow night as I have to be at the airport to pick her up. I bet I get lost lol.
I managed to get the workbook completed, and as a result, my brain hurts
But seriously, I think it was a great book and when I get back, I will have a better read of it when I am not rushed to complete it. I doubt I remember anything from it at all.
I’ll take the next couple of days to get ready and just relax. I’m sure I will need the rest.
