{Not} Born to Wait

What is it about tradesmen that they really believe giving you a ‘ball park figure’ of times they might deign to arrive to take a look at the problem is OK?
How is ’sometime after 5 this evening’ an acceptable time frame? I’m hungry dammit and I’ve been home over 2 hours and I haven’t been able to eat because I need to cook and I just know the minute I sit down there will be a knock at the door.
Harrumph.

basicly it comes down to a simple equation..
annoyance = (inconvieniance * Probability for misadventure) / expectancies of dinner being eaten + tardeness + (idiocy + (general ignorance of time/lack of clock) * posability to make the sound of breath sucked through teeth ) / expectance of inability to live without thier merchandise ….
otherwise refered to as tell the contractor he’s a pillock and your going else where because he couldnt even arrive for a quote on time how can you trust him to do the work
see is very simble when you translate it … hazey’s answer was cookie over coffee plus wriggles equals … well all he said was HUH? when i asked him what it equals but i’m sure he’ll remember some day
